Basic Certificate

Duration – 1-2 Months (Theory, Practical, Internship)
Eligibility – 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, B.Tech


The PCB manufacturing industries has a requirement for Technical persons in large numbers in production, quality Testing etc. Young graduates available generally do not have any exposure to organized factories and requirement of the companies. This basic certificate course is bring about inclusive growth and enable the youth who have technical education to train and prepare to work in PCB Manufacturing Sector.

Graduates who have passed this certificate program will have knowledge about the manufacturing of Single side PCB with Basics of Electronics, Basic components used in Electronics, Tools & Equipment's required in Manufacturing, Material required for PCB Manufacturing, Circuit Printing, Drilling, PTH, Pattern Plating, Oven Curing, Exposing, Etching etc.


Advance Certificate

Duration – 3 Months {2 Months (Theory + Practical), 1 Month Internship}
Eligibility – ITI, Diploma, B.Tech

Specialization Certificate

Duration – 6 Months {4 Months (Theory + Practical), 2 Months Internship}
Eligibility – Diploma, B.Tech

This Specialization certificate course is bring about inclusive growth and enable the youth who have technical education to train and prepare to work in Electronics Manufacturing Sector.

Graduates who have passed this certificate program will have knowledge about Single Sided, Double Sided, Multi Layered, Metal Core PCB Manufacturing with Basics of Electronics, Components used in PCB, Material required for PCB Manufacturing, Sheet Cutting, Drilling, Circuit Printing, PTH, Brushing, Dry Film Lamination, Exposing, Developing, Pattern Plating, Etching, Masking, Oven Curing, HAL, Routing, V-Grooving, Legend Printing etc. And after getting certificate they are ready to get employability in almost all PCB Manufacturing Industries across the country. Management will have ease in inducting them in factory and train them quickly for specific manufacturing roles.


ESSCI Approved

Duration – 350 Hrs.
Eligibility – 12th, ITI, Diploma

Job Role – Circuit Imaging Operator


This course is designed & developed by ESSCI. In this course students are able to get knowledge about the Manufacturing of PCB. Get knowledge about Components and machinery used in PCB Manufacturing, . After completing this course students having knowledge about how to understand work requirement, Company Infrastructure, understand the Circuit Imaging requirement, Collecting the laminated Boards and UV translucent film, Setup the circuit Imaging Machine ensuring appropriate pressure and intensity setting, Expose the board and the film to Ultraviolet Radiation, Functional Testing, Quality & Safety standards. This course also included soft skills, reading / writing skills, communication skills, team work, planning, problem solving.
